Hola
Hi.
I have an ebike Bulls AM3 model year 2019 with Brose S-MAG drive and BMZ battery. I bought the BMZ Connect-C and downloaded the corresponding application. The problem is that I can not change the level of the first assistance, With any value that I put (5, 10, 20, 30 etc ...), when I press save, the zero reappears. In levels 2, 3 and 4 I have no problems changing the values. So I think this application does not work properly for the Brose S-MAG drive.
The data that appears in the application are: ID CODE daeb1d1e2c20xxxx, Version: Motor firmware 6.1.0.
I hope you can give me some solution.
Best regards.
Dear Jorge
Thank you for your e-mail!
Unfortunately, you're correct - there is an issue that is causing the problem with the assist levels. We are working on improving the Connect C module firmware that will fix this problem and together with the FW update we'll have a new feature in the app that will allow you to update the Connect C firmware directly from the app. Until then, we hope that it won't cause you too much trouble and you can still enjoy your bike and the app.
I am truly sorry that I cannot be of more help at this time. If you have any other concerns, feel free to let me know!
All the best
